Lakes, streams, fountains and the river Rio Guadalmina combine to make golf at Guadalmina North a very refreshing experience.
Guadalmina now has a total of 45 golf holes, two 18 hole courses and a new nine hole pitch and putt.
Considered less difficult than the South Course, it was designed by
Falco Nardi and opened in 1975.
At the 11th you driveover a small lake and a fountain placed just before the green whilst at the par 4 - 17th the river comes into play.
Most Competitions are played on the North Course.

Guadalmina South
Wide fairways winding between stands of pine and jacaranda trees tempt you at Guadalmina South Golf Course, one of the coasts oldest residents.
Considered the more difficult of Guadalmina's 45 holes, it is the Costa del Sol's second oldest golf courses. The raised greens are an
encouragement to attack the pin.
Henry Cotton named the long seventh hole Tipperary as it's a long way to go! At the fifteenth there is a bunker waiting to catch anything that falls short and from the tee, tunnel vision is an avantage in order to successfully drive between two stands of tall pine.
18 hole - Par 70
The Coast draws both professionals and amateurs.
Andalucia is constantly writing new chapters in the history of golf, with the opening of beautiful new courses
and the celebration of world class championships in the area.
