From the terrace in front of the lounge is a spiral staircase leading to the roof solarium. A very large area with swimming pool, BBQ and sun loungers.

The Lounge is situated on the first floor to the front of the Villa over looking the garden.

A large marble fireplace for those winter evenings. Air-conditioning with heat.

Large remote colour TV with satellite, DVD player, video recorder, Hi-fi system with CD and cassette player.

Large patio doors leading to the terrace and double french doors to the dining room.
