1/ The prices quoted include: - Electricity and water consumption

2/ On arrival you may check into the Villa anytime after 4.00 p.m.
and must depart by 10.00 a.m. on the final day of your holiday.

3/ Bed linen, handtowels and bath towels are also provided, but not for use in the beach area.

4/ In the event of a cancellation, if a new booking can be found,
deposit (less costs) will be refunded. However, Insurance is Advised !

5/ Deposit of 30% of rental on booking is required and the balance to be paid
30 days prior to arrival.

6/ A £300.00 or 450.00 Euro refundable breakages deposit is also
payable on arrival, cash or cheque with bankers card.
~
7/ No pets or animals (except guide dogs)

8/ Changeover day is flexible

for 30% of the rental. Confirmation will be sent by return with detailed directions to the Villa.
